A resident of Calgary, Alberta, Alexandra Forrestall is an installation coordinator and CEO assistant at a window treatment installation company. She manages schedules for client service calls, measurements, and installations for drapes, blinds, and custom window coverings in this role, as well as oversees service requests and maintains schedules, records, and vendor correspondence. Her efforts in streamlining communication between clients, designers, technicians, and vendors improved service request turnaround times. As the CEO’s assistant, Alexandra Forrestall prepares presentation materials and handles emails, calendars, travel, and meeting arrangements while handling confidential information.
Prior to her current roles, Ms. Forrestall worked remotely from Markham, Ontario, as a talent sourcer in the staffing and recruitment sector. Among other responsibilities, she sourced candidates, screened resumes, monitored applicant job postings, and collaborated with hiring managers to maintain a talent database and determine staffing needs. Her earlier professional experience includes handling accounting and customer care responsibilities at an IT solutions company and managing dispatch operations for a safety services organization.
Ms. Forrestall also formerly held early childhood educator positions at childcare centres in Ontario. She completed a two‑year early childhood education program with honours at Seneca College and previously took courses in child studies, psychology, and women’s studies at Carleton University.
Alexandra Forrestall is an alumna member of Phi Sigma Sigma and a member of the College of Early Childhood Educators.
